Mini Cooper 5-Door prices will be increasing with the arrival of the new-generation model in Australian showrooms later this year. The 2025 Mini Cooper 5-Door will come with two engine options, offering a choice between the 1.5-litre three-cylinder turbo-petrol Cooper C or the more powerful 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbocharged Cooper S. The new model will be larger in dimensions compared to the Cooper 3-Door.
The pricing for the Mini Cooper 5-Door will start from $43,990 before on-road costs. This price range is between $435 cheaper and $3790 dearer than the previous models. The Cooper C Core will be the entry-level offering, priced at $43,990, followed by the Cooper C Classic and the Cooper C Favoured priced at $46,990 and $49,990 respectively. On the other hand, the Cooper S range will start with the Cooper S Classic at $51,990, followed by the Cooper S Favoured at $54,990 and the Cooper S JCW Sport at $56,990.
The Cooper C model will produce 115kW/230Nm while the Cooper S model will offer 150kW/300Nm. The Cooper C will have a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, while the Cooper S will come with a larger engine for more power. Both models will measure 4036mm long, 1744mm wide, 1464mm tall, and feature a 2567mm wheelbase.
One of the significant improvements in the 2025 Mini Cooper 5-Door is the increase in boot space. The 5-Door model will offer 275 litres of volume with all seats in place, expanding to 925L with the rear seats folded down. This is a notable upgrade from the 210L capacity in the Cooper 3-Door model.
In addition to the pricing and specifications, the new Mini Cooper 5-Door will come with various standard features and optional upgrades. The Cooper C Core model will include features like 17-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights, cloth and synthetic upholstery, infotainment touchscreen, rear-view camera, head-up display, and more. The higher trim levels will offer additional features such as augmented-reality satellite navigation, heated front seats, panoramic glass sunroof, premium sound system, adaptive cruise control, and more.
