Dodge recently revealed the pricing for the 2024 Charger Daytona R/T, and it turns out to be lower than previously rumored. The base price for the Charger Daytona R/T will start at $59,995 before a $1,995 destination charge, totaling $61,990 before options. This is $8,575 less than what was speculated a few days ago. On the other hand, the Charger Daytona Scat Pack will start at $75,185 after destination, $8,980 below the rumored amount.

The official pricing also revealed some discrepancies compared to early dealer guides. The R/T trim, expected to come loaded with the $4,995 Plus Group, $1,095 Blacktop Package, and $2,495 Sun & Sound Group, actually deviates from the initial reports. The Plus Group offers various features such as a 360-degree surround view camera, attitude adjustment lighting, exterior mirrors with Dodge logo puddle lamp, and more for an additional $4,995.

Moreover, the official spec sheet mentions a Customer Preferred Package, which could have been intended to be a First Edition package. While there was no explicit mention of a First Edition by Dodge, there are indications that such a package might have been in the works.

For those interested in the Demonic Red seats, they can be added for an extra $495 after purchasing the Plus Group. Additionally, exclusive options for the Scat Pack include the $2,995 Carbon & Suede Package and the $695 3-Season Tires with Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar 3 rubber. It’s worth noting that the Goodyear tires do not come with the Track Pack as previously thought.

Both the Charger Daytona R/T and Scat Pack are eligible for a $7,500 federal tax credit when leased. They also come with either a Level 2 home charging station or a $600 charging credit through Stellantis’ Free2move Charge network. Production for the battery-electric models is set to begin this summer for the two-door versions and in the first half of 2025 for the four-door versions. The gas-powered models running on the Hurricane inline-six engine will enter production in the second half of 2025.

In conclusion, the official pricing for the 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona models has been revealed, showcasing some deviations from earlier rumors. With various packages and options available, buyers have the chance to customize their Charger Daytona to suit their preferences.
