Jeep has announced that the V-8-powered Wrangler Rubicon 392 Final Edition will make a comeback for the 2025 model year, contrary to the initial plan to discontinue it after 2024. This Final Edition will feature bronze accents, Mopar accessories, and special commemorative plaques. Originally, the plan was to produce 3700 units, each starting at $101,890, but Jeep has not disclosed the number of units or the pricing for 2025.

The decision to extend the production of the V-8 Wrangler Rubicon 392 Final Edition for another year was made in response to popular demand. Orders for the 2025 Wrangler Rubicon 392 will open later this year, with production set to begin in the first quarter of the following year. This is likely to be the final Final Edition of the V-8 Jeep Wrangler.

The 2024 Wrangler Rubicon 392 Final Edition is priced at $101,890 and includes various accessories and visual enhancements. The vehicle comes with decals for the hood and front fender vents, 17-inch wheels with a bronze finish, a winch, a Mopar grille guard, Mopar rock sliders, and an 0.5-inch suspension lift kit for increased ground clearance. The interior features black Nappa leather with gold stitching, a special shifter medallion, and a plaque marking it as a Final Edition model. Additionally, Jeep includes a fold-out table and an 83-piece toolkit.

Under the hood, the Final Edition is powered by a 470-hp 6.4-liter V-8 engine and rides on 35-inch BF Goodrich all-terrain tires. The vehicle can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.0 seconds. However, its fuel economy of 13 mpg in real-world highway driving has contributed to the decision to discontinue this model.

Jeep plans to produce a total of 3700 units of the Final Edition, with 3300 units allocated for the U.S., 300 for Canada, and 100 for other markets. Orders are currently being accepted for those interested in owning one of the limited-run Final Edition Wrangler Rubicon 392 models.

The V-8 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 Final Edition offers enthusiasts a chance to own a powerful and exclusive vehicle that marks the end of an era. With its unique design elements and high-performance capabilities, this Final Edition is sure to appeal to fans of the Wrangler line looking for a truly special model to add to their collection.
