GMC has introduced the new 2024 Acadia, which is larger than its predecessor. The vehicle is nearly 11 inches longer and 5.3 inches taller, with an additional 8.4 inches between its axles, giving it a wheelbase of 120.9 inches, the same as the full-size Yukon.

Under the hood, every Acadia is powered by a 328-hp turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission with the option of front- or all-wheel drive. The Denali model is the most luxurious, featuring a shiny grille and the option for 22-inch wheels, the largest ever for an Acadia.

For those looking for a more rugged appearance and off-road capabilities, the AT4 trim is available, boasting an elevated ride height, torque-vectoring rear differential, and all-terrain tires. The interior of the Acadia has been revamped to a more modern design, with improved materials but not quite at luxury levels.

Inside, every Acadia comes equipped with an 11.0-inch digital gauge cluster and a vertically oriented 15.0-inch touchscreen. The Denali trim offers the most deluxe interior, with leather-appointed seats, a Bose stereo system, and the option for a panoramic sunroof and a 16-speaker setup.

All Acadia models come in a seven-seat configuration only. The starting price for the 2024 Acadia is $43,995, which is $5800 more than the previous year. The AT4 and Denali trims are available for $51,395 and $55,695 respectively, with the AT4 being all-wheel-drive only and focused on off-road capabilities.

Overall, the 2024 GMC Acadia offers a larger and more powerful option for those in the market for a midsize SUV with luxurious touches and rugged capabilities.
